These Terms of Use govern your use of silvestargrinyon.bg and any purchase of Rivura Strength from SILVESTAR GRINYON, a Bulgarian sole trader, G. M. Dimitrov Blvd 59, 1797 Sofia.

1. Acceptable use of this website

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You must not use it to transmit harmful, fraudulent or unlawful content, or in any way that disrupts the site's availability to others.

2. Ordering and sale terms

Placing an order: By submitting the order form, you provide your name and telephone number as an expression of interest in purchasing Rivura Strength. This does not constitute a binding contract.

Order confirmation: A member of our customer support team will call you to confirm your order, verify your delivery address, and answer any questions. The contract of sale is formed when you verbally confirm your order during this call.

Pricing and currency: All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price at the time of your order confirmation call is binding.

Payment: Payment is made exclusively on delivery. You pay the courier - by cash or card - when your order is handed over. No online payment is required or accepted.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel at any time before dispatch, free of charge, by calling +44 20 7946 0318 or by emailing [email protected]. You may also decline to accept the parcel from the courier - this constitutes a cancellation and no payment will be taken.

3. Limitations of liability

Rivura Strength is a food supplement. The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not liable for any reliance placed on information on this website in connection with any health condition.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website - text, images, design, and branding - is owned by or licensed to SILVESTAR GRINYON. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any content without our prior written consent.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to return an unopened product within 14 calendar days of delivery without providing a reason. Opened food supplements are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer law. Full details are in our Return Policy.

6. Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us in the first instance at [email protected]. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 working days. You may also refer disputes to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme or seek recourse through the courts of England and Wales.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
