1. Your right of return

You have the right to return Rivura Strength within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason. This applies to unopened products in their original, undamaged condition.

2. Opened food supplements

In accordance with consumer law applicable to food supplement products, opened or unsealed products are not eligible for return on grounds of hygiene and consumer protection. The seal on the pack must be intact for a return to be accepted. This is a lawful exception and does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective goods.

3. Returning a product

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order by email at [email protected] or by calling +44 20 7946 0318 (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00).
  2. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.
  4. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Return shipping costs

Unless the product is defective or was delivered in error, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. As payment was made on delivery (cash or card), refunds are issued by bank transfer. We will contact you to confirm your bank details.

6. Defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange collection at our cost and issue a full refund or replacement as you prefer.

7. Cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched - free of charge and without any obligation. To cancel, call us on +44 20 7946 0318 or email us. You may also refuse to accept the parcel when the courier arrives - your order will be automatically cancelled and no payment will be taken.
